HOMECanadian work (T Visa)

Canadian work (T Visa)

The T category covers people that have been victims of human trafficking. It seeks to protect victims of human trafficking and allow them to stay in the United States so that American authorities can prosecute human traffickers. In order to qualify for T visa status, you must be or have been a victim of human trafficking, you must comply with any reasonable request from U.S. law enforcement for assistance in an investigation into human trafficking, and you must demonstrate that you would suffer extreme hardship if you were to be removed from the U.S. Certain family members may also be able to qualify under T visa status.
