MUMTAZ A. WANI
With over thirty years of extensive legal experience, Mr. Wani has represented thousands
of clients on complex legal areas. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth
of Virginia, the State of Maryland, the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir, and more.
He graduated from the George Washington University School of Law. He is a member
of the Virginia Bar association, Maryland Bar Association, New Delhi Bar Council,
and International Bar Association. Mr. Wani's advice on legal matters has appeared
on television and radio programs. In his spare time he enjoys reading and playing
golf. He resides in Great Falls, Virginia with his wife and three kids.
Mr. Wani is a seasoned litigator, skillful negotiator and expert advocate. Mr. Wani
has led many trials in variety of matters, including Family Law, Personal Injury,
Asylum, Political Asylum and Cancelation of Removal trials. Mr. Wani has represented
clients in Federal Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Circuit Court, Immigration Courts,
District Courts, Federal Agencies, Citizenship and Immigration Services and more.
Mr. Wani has counseled clients in complex International trade issues. Mr. Wani drafted
and successfully negotiated complex International Business Agreements. Mr. Wani
has traveled extensively to represent International clients and counseled them on
complex legal issues arising out of International Business deals. Mr. Wani Counsels
clients on corporate compliance and Commercial Disputes.
Mr. Wani has been a speaker on legal issues in various conferences.
Mr. Wani also runs a non- profit organization for education which helps the unprivileged
youth in their educational needs.
